Staff was really friendly and offered good advice for things around the area. The location was great, so many things to go do or see close to the hotel. My only gripe I had with the location was trying to find parking close to there, but it's the city so that's to be expected. The room itself was nice, small but accommodating. I really enjoyed my time there and would definitely stay there again. Can't beat the price either!
The hotel is in a very convenient location and it's not too expensive when compared with similar ones. The room was clean and quiet. Definitely coming back here on my next trip to San Francisco.
I arrived four hours before check-in, and they agreed to let me into my room three hours earlier without charging extra. The staff was very polite and friendly. A one-minute walk from the hotel, there is a metro station that will take you to the city center in just a couple of stops. Overall, it's a quiet place, which is especially suitable if you're traveling alone. The bathroom and toilet were clean. There are many good restaurants right next to the hotel, and I liked the German bar with draft craft beer and sausages on the corner the most. Walgreens is right across the street. At check-out, I was allowed to leave my bag for storage without additional payment, and they also do not require a security deposit upon arrival. I plan to stay at this hotel for my next trip. I recommend it!
Love this place! Always come here when we want to explore the Castro and have a (generally) safe walk home. The new lobby is super nice too. Always clean in the rooms and shared bathrooms are clean too. Good prices too!!
